The Knowledge Map is a double-sided poster that uses user experience to highlight the flaws of N.C. State Transportation and uses research of successful systems to suggest improvements. The design was
integrated into the folding pattern in order to reveal certain information at a time to add to the narrative and persuasive strategies.

The "outside" of the knowledge map, meant to draw the viewer's attention and introduce them to the subject matter. The background features a map of N.C. State's campus and bus routes. Quotes from users of the transportation system are paralleled with sections of N.C. State Transportation's mission statement in order to show areas where improvement is needed.
The "inside" of the knowledge map holds the research and information of the topic. I profiled four users of N.C. State Transportation: a walker, biker, buser, and driver. I used their experiences to highlight flaws in the system and used research of sucessfull transportation systems to suggest improvements.
